Everything about this property was clean and well kept. The staff are extremely kind and professional, and the breakfast is wonderful too. Dominic was extremely kind particularly as we were leaving as he hailed us a taxi to the airport amidst traffic due to organized protests in the city and got it to us for cheaper than Uber! He even loaded our bags into the car. it was very appreciated. There are some restaurants in the hotel lobby and a very good cafe and a fun sitting area where guests would stay if they did not want to stay in their rooms after being out which I loved. We stayed in a double room as a family of four and found there was plenty space. The rooms are very updated and well kept, and towels and sheets get changed at your choice. The hotel is near a major train station so it’s possible to go literally anywhere in France once you figure it out. There’s some construction in the area temporarily but nothing that is loud at all. The area around is so fun to walk around and get lost in and the restaurant line up is stunning! Also a supermarket next door and up the block from the restaurant if you care for that. Overall I am so happy with our stay at Pullman Montparnasse and we agreed that when we come back to Paris, we’ll only stay here :)

Great room for a family, children on a sofa bed in a separate part of the suite. Great check in, very thorough. Great with the children. Room had a great view of Paris. And was very comfy. It was very clean and accessible to all tourist attractions.

The FREE included breakfast was very nice, with a lot of options, and great service. The location of the hotel was ideal, with lots to see nearby, and very close to the subways. The hotel was very clean, and the service was terrific. Most of the staff did not speak English, but we were in France (lol) - but they were all very nice and accommodating.

We had a nice and comfortable stay. The location is great and we liked the revamping of the hotel. Rooms are modern, well equipped and have comfortable beds. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The food at the restaurant is very tasty.

Great location, just a few minutes away from metro stations connecting to all boroughs of Paris, as well as tons of restaurants. The room was clean and relatively well equipped. There was a nice view from the window, although no major landmarks were visible. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a wide selection for breakfast to choose from. A different variety of fruit everyday and cooked eggs to order. Lots of pastries and a variety of food for a cooked breakfast or cereal if you liked, plus continental meats and cheeses. The staff were lovely and friendly and the whole area was clean and tidy. The rooms were fresh and clean. the facilities had everything you needed, including an iron in your room !!!. The towels were fluffy and the pillows comfortable and the tablet in the room was a really nice touch and gave some good information. The whole hotel felt welcoming, which is good for a large hotel - it still felt personal. Accessibility to transport and places to eat was very good.
